the 6 stage design process

sanphire design has created many successful designs both big and small. you do not have to be local to use our services. the design process is as follows:

first a meeting is set up either on location or by telephone/email where the needs of your company will be discussed.

secondly we will collect from you as much information as you can provide about your company, such as current brochures, business cards and adverstisements as well as your website address. this gives us a view of how your projects have been approached in the past and how you currently see your company.

third we will discuss our ideas in relation to your project looking at colour schemes, sketches etc.

fourth, based on your needs, a project proposal and costing will be presented to you.

fifth, when 25% of the design cost has been received the project will be made up for your review. any changes that are to be made to the design will be made at this stage.

sixth the final project will be presented to you to be signed off and then will be ready to go to the printer/press. once the project is signed off no further changes can be made.
