lisa catherwood

Lisa has been working as an artist and designer in Northern Ireland for almost twenty years, exhibiting in oils, watercolours and pen and ink, painting on glass and mirrors, and creating innovative decorations and display installations. Apart from the graphic and web design work sampled on this site, she has also designed for theatre sets, interior decoration, garden design and designed her own studio building. And she cooks. john catherwood

John is a writer and academic, with an interest in science and medicine, and applied philosophy. He wrote his doctoral thesis on the topic of brain-death, which was a real conversation stopper at parties. He looks after the words and numbers.

THE NAME

named after a mishearing of the name of an island off the west coast of ireland (the island is called samphire)
